- Order processing will take up to 15 business days unless preorder, customized, handmade products as indicated on the product description page.
- In-stock items can be shipped within 2-7 business days. If you're in a hurry, contact us to check for exact availability.

- Free worldwide shipping on orders $79+!
- Regular shipping takes 7-20 business days, with a maximum of about 4 weeks. This timeframe excludes weekends, holidays, customs detention, or any special inspection by your government beyond our control. Please rest assured that your order will not be lost, and you will 100% receive your package.
- Express shipping takes 3-8 business days. Contact us for price inquiries.
- We CANNOT ship to PO BOX addresses. Please provide your home address. We uphold the utmost confidentiality and will never share your personal information with any third parties.
- Free shipping does not apply to large carpets and heavy pet houses.
Custom Duties & Taxes 📄
- Duties and taxes are not included in the price.
- In most cases, our customers do not need to pay additional customs fees. However, tax policies vary by country and by product, so we recommend checking with your local customs or postal office for specific information. We ship from China.
- Please note that any local customs duties, handling fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These payments go to your government and we receive zero profit from it.
- We ask for your kind understanding that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes in your country.
- If a package is confiscated or returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to pay them, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. Please make sure to track your order and respond promptly to any customs notifications to avoid delays or issues. We'll also monitor your tracking and send you email reminders to keep you updated.
