1. Clothing: our store uses Asian size. Asian size S is different from the size S used in the US or other countries.
We advise against selecting a size solely based on your usual size. Instead, we recommend choosing the size by aligning your measurements with our product description (bust, waist, shoulder, etc.) to ensure a perfect fit.
All measurements are taken by hand. Please allow for a margin of error of 1-4 centimeters due to manual measuring. We appreciate your understanding.

These shoes are so comfortable and plush, I have never felt relief in my life considering I get blisters with a lot of them. They were so comfy to wear with and without stockings, I love them. I get compliments all the time! I love how the little bear moves inside, and I love that you can adjust the straps or alternatively snap the clasps on and off to get in and out quickly instead of spending 10 minutes trying to fit into them. The padded soles really help with the support and the craftsmanship is beautiful, truly magnificent that it felt like I was walking on cushions. 100% my favourite shoes in my platform/heel collection, and I want to wear it so much that it gets scuffed. These shoes are absolutely stunning! I've worn them for full days of walking, and my feet felt surprisingly refreshed.
